Can I buy Polarr once and use it on other platforms?
Yes! Yes, you can. Did you purchase all of the tools and features of Polarr as an in-app purchase on iOS? Then you can download the app and access those features on Mac or Windows or Android. It goes both ways too. Bought the paid Mac version? You can access Polarr wherever!

Does Polarr Photo Editor support RAW?
Not at the moment. We're working on full RAW support. In the meantime, the app will take your RAW files and convert them to JPEGs so you can make some edits!
How do I restore purchases made in the past?
On iOS, just head to settings within the app and scroll to the bottom where you can click on "restore purchases". For other platforms, just redownload the app from the app store you purchased Polarr on.
How can I get a refund for a purchase?
Each platform handles refunds slightly different.
You can email us directly if you made a purchase on our website.
For iOS App Store or Mac App Store purchases, visit and contact Apple Support.
For Microsoft Store purchases, visit and contact Microsoft Support.
For Google Play Store purchases, email us with Google Play Store Order ID when you request a refund. It looks something like this: GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX and should be on the receipt.
